17+ Years of a Remarkable Journey
2009
JE & VEE’s journey began in 2009 as J & V Enterprise, initially focusing on land banking.
2010
In 2010, it expanded with a sister concern & evolved into JENVEE Real Estate Private Limited , broadening its scope to acquire lands & initiate projects. Over time, it established teams & infrastructure under Ocean Real tors and JE & VEE INFRASTRUCTURE.
2015
By 2015, it ventured into project development with Prayag Heights in Malad East under the 33/5 scheme with Je and Vee infrastructure private limited. Subsequently , it secured its first project in 2017, expanding its workforce and associations.
2018
In 2018, JE & VEE began undertaking unfinished projects to support communities. By 2020, it had made a name for itself in the MHADA sector with projects like Prayag Heights, Vrindavan, Om Trimurti, Madhuban, & Shivkrupa in Goregaon.
2021-22
The establishment of Shri Gopal Narayan Singh Charitable Trust in 2021 marked the initiation of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
In 2022, JE & VEE ventured into high-end commercial & residential projects like Satyam I & II , along with with affordable projects in Dahisar such as Kedarnath & Vishwanath. It expanded its client base, collaborating with esteemed names like TATA & Birla, further strengthening its presence in the market.
